Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Strides 360

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout focused on mom, designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life.

Our Village Play Group

Columbus North playgroups are held once a week and include crafts, games, and other activities designed to drive engagement and fun for our little ones, mamas, and our community.



Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only.

Body Back Transformation®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.
